Melyssa Harrison is a nationally recognized career development leader, instructor, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience spanning workforce development, education, school career development, and career services. As co-instructor for Harrison & Associates International, she provides practical, fast-track training grounded in real-world application and measurable outcomes. An NCDA FCD Instructor since 2012, NCDA FCD Master Trainer since 2019, and SCDA Instructor since 2019, Melyssa has trained more than 715 professionals nationwide and internationally across workforce, K–12, higher education, nonprofit, private practice, military, and related sectors. Her instructional approach combines hands-on learning, case-based application, authentic field experiences, and proven strategies that translate directly into practice. Melyssa established the only Young Adult Services Career Center in her state, creating a pilot model for successful youth engagement and career services. Under her leadership, her team became one of the state’s top performers in job placements and credential attainment. In addition to teaching career development and continuing education courses, she holds credentials including GCDF Instructor (GCDFI) and Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
